Advice on Medical Transcription work - Dee

I have been attempting to get started working from home as a medical transcriptionist. I am unfamiliar with downloading programs and all I may need to get started. I would appreciate anyone who could bring me up to speed on this. Thank you to anyone that would be willing to help.
