To achieve 400-500 lph requires dictation to be sped up 300%, and it is the rare, rare golden-voiced dictator with some indefinable quality to their voice that renders them comprehensible at that speed. It is also physically and emotionally exhausting. My back and shoulder muscles burn from the tension.
