But outsourcing to other countries for cheaper labor has brought it down. I'd be very curious to see some of the reports that come from them. Also, I remember working for MM and had pt info available to look up/confirm info in the record if necessary. Don't know about any of you, but I certainly don't want foreign countries having my personal medical info.
