All they know how to do is to compete on the basis of line rate, and they pass the cost along to the MT.
DISGUSTING INCOMPETENCE!! The fact is, at some point you tell a client that you WILL NOT work for the line rate that they would "like" you to charge because you cannot support your people at such rates.
I am utterly disgusted with this industry and the business incompetence of the companies that don't have the backbone to tell clients that they will NOT cave to their "wishes."
I'd love it if a pizza cost me $2.00 but Pizza Hut would tell me to go fly a kite if I told them that's all I would pay, right??
Right. There isn't one MTSO in this country that groks this.
