I work for an employer based in the state of Illinois.
I do get paid minimum wage because I am an employee.
I reside in the state of Alabama.
In this post, it says if you are paid by line, you are supposed to get paid the minimum wage where your employer is located. So I am wondering, does that mean I will get paid $7.25 for the state of Alabama where I reside or would I get paid $10.50 for the state my employer is located in which is Illinois.
P.S. I am paid by line.
