Since you said you have never had a critical error before, just thought I'd warn you, you have failed the whole month. There is no way now you can get your average over 99.65% because they won't audit enough reports to get it back up enough. Plus when you get you SMARTsummary, it will reflect that and it may be a couple of months to get you average back up to passing too. Do not stress yourself though, I've had it happen in the past and I'm still here (until I retire next year).
