The Word document containing your shortcuts can obviously be edited in Word as well. All of us accumulate shortcuts that we don't need anymore (e.g. name of hospitals, doctors and other account-related shortcuts that we no longer transcribe), shortcuts that we never use or so rarely that they have little utility, and shortcuts that we don't even remember why we created them.
Take the opportunity to clear this dead wood out of your shortcuts before handing them over to be imported.
