If you don't get an answer here as to what file you need, you could try something I did recently -- There are computer repair companies that can remote into your computer. The one I used is called Tech2U. They remoted into my computer and fixed a particular problem I had in Word. It was so simple (to them) they didn't even charge me. Something to consider as a last resort anyway.
