Are the people that are going with the outsourcing companies going to IC status? It wouldn't matter to me since I don't have insurance through Nuance and am part time anyway. I would be worried about going from bad to worse with a different company but I did like being an IC before the buyout since I could take off if I needed to without having to worry about making up time or having enough PTO.
