Our call today was just about some of us getting a new TSM. That is always scary since you never know how they are going to be but my TSM said the new one is really nice. I've been lucky, ever since I've started out, I've had good ones.
I do feel for the ladies that are having to learn a new platform and new accounts. I do RAD accounts and have some from hospitals but some are from outpatient facilities but I know it is only a matter of time before we lose some of those accounts, we already lost one before the holidays.
