I am having a meeting with my TSM this week about this issue. Went through a PAP because of this, but improved enough to get through it without getting fired. I clock out for everything, EVERYTHING, and still variance remains high. I do have satellite, which I know is not optimal but primary account did move to ES11 from 9 some time back and then noticed reports were SLOW to load.

Was primarily wondering if anybody else with satellite internet who works for this....um....place has the same issue. Kinda feel like I am being singled out.
