There are a couple of reasons, the first being that it calls for support of the AHDI quality protocol, which is fundamentally flawed and violates established principles of quality assurance methods and best practices.
The second reason is amateurish the way it is written, which is almost like a stream of consciousness ramble. I don't think most of the "target audience" will take it seriously.
The third reason is that to be effective a petition should focus on one or two key issues rather than trying to address every grievance imaginable.
If the petition is rewritten to deal with these flaws, I'll support it. If not, I can't.
