I don't work for Nuance, but did once, and the reason they have to hire such inexperienced people is due to the low pay they are determined to offer, so they will get what they pay for, which is workers with more QA monitoring and errors. Like someone said above, if they would pay people what they are worth in the first place, show them respect by doing that, Nuance wouldn't have all these problems. Now Nuance is apparently trying to avoid states with higher minimum wage and branching out in different companies only hiring ICs so they don't have to worry about paying minimum wage. Nuance can expect more minimum wage increases in more states, certainly if Hillary Clinton gets in.
