NO PAY CUT BY GRID - sickened

I am this company's least biggest fan. I am less of a fan of people spreading misinformation. Unless there are different grids for different people, there is no pay cut. The old grid started at Tier 0. The new one starts at Tier one. My TSM sent out an email regarding this and assuring THERE IS NO PAY CUT ON THE GRID. I am shocked that all of them did not do the same, unless emails are being ignored, or it is simply preferrable to some to spread false information. Have a great day y'all.
