You did the right thing to question it. You dont have the degree of education to make that decision.
Also, that could have been a mistake in past dictated notes you saw. We are told that also, be careful what you copy out of past notes.
Your boss says she "didnt care." What a broomstick jockey. Then she shouldn't have her thong all up in a twist because YOU cared enough to not make a mistake. Let her make the mistake and fill it in with possibly a wrong medication.
