Get them to train you in their transcription department. I work for a local hospital from home BY THE HOUR doing transcription and QC for medical record documents before transcribing. Making money by the line is not much unless you have your own client placing charts into the EMR and pay by audio minute is horrible. My suggestion. .stay with the hospital.
