Do 1800 VR lines a day but make it perfect or be docked in pay for small mistakes, take time to research, do meds vertically not paragraph form and know which accounts want which one, if there is no work for 2 hours you better make it up on your time because there are MTs that we cherry pick for and you cannot do their easy reports and if they happen to want to work during your shift, so what, you mean nothing to us. We could care less you have a life and a family, you find time to work 2 hours because I wanted somebody else to do Dr. so and so and I get around that by saying NJA. Sound familiar? Want to get together a protest with these concerns in front of the corporate office whether in Canada or the US? MTs are going to end up like the auto industry in Michigan at the hands of these greedy, ruthless people with the only difference being we are all over the country and not in one place. Let's not let the MT profession turn out like the auto industry. Hospitals need to have MTs inhouse with hospital benefits and pay and get away from the companies who have to bow down to Nuisance.
