doctors, clinics, etc. They needed to keep us employed instead of outsourcing so we could get the better pay, the benefits, vacation time, etc. Honestly what the doctors pay the transcription companies and what they in turn has to pay us is really not much for contractor/subcontracting. It's just really crazy all the way around. I don't know how any of you tolerate the horrible dictators who thinks that you have a crystal ball in front of you, working during holidays and weekends for such little pay. Is it really worth working at home that much? You must all be married to rich men who provides.. js
