I was with Command Health when they started as Transform years ago and indeed the experience changed from looking out for and appreciating their employees to a very cold environment where profit was the focus at the expense of those employees. Over hiring to produce the 1-hour TAT makes it hard to find enough work to pay the bills anymore.
