They disillusioned me with all the money you could make with bonuses, etc. The reality was barely making any money at all! I was constantly out of work. I would IM that I was out of work and wouldn't get any replies. When work did come in, all the MTs on that account were scrambling to get all of it they could like starved dogs being tossed scraps of food. As soon as I got a job offer somewhere else, I quit.
