Not sure why you would want to purposely learn VR versus getting another RAD job. But KS usually has openings for RAD and other work, so maybe you could take a RAD job and then take a secondary account doing VR and learning as you go. I don't know how much experience you need for other accounts there -- guess it depends. But you could try it. They hire employees.
