I am right there with you! Only a very few years ago all the companies trained all the MTs on VR. None of us went to school for that! So now no one will hire without experience! And I have also found that the only VR editing jobs are for acute care. Surely it has moved into ambulatory clinics by now. Very frustrating. I pay attention to the companies that are willing to train and keep my eye out for their job postings. I would love to learn that technology before I retire!!
