Well, at least you were told something. I totally agree with the why did they hire them if they can't do the work? What happened to all these rules that you get docked pay and 3 strikes and you're out if you don't pass monthly QA? What a JOKE! So, meanwhile, the great ones that do everything they are supposed to get nothing! NICE! Knew it was going downhill when we got NO BONUS for Christmas :(
