swore up and down she'd never apply for it because she knew I wanted it. It was only a casual discussion, but I was stupid enough to let something slip about a job opening.
Yeah. You can imagine how that ended up. I've never spoken to that person again in many years, wouldn't to this day if I saw her, and I've learned a valuable lesson to ALWAYS keep my mouth shut about things like that.
Yes, I know, someone's going to attack with the statement of "they got a job and you didn't because they were the better MT."
That's not the point. My point was about being lied to and stabbed in the back. THAT is why I don't share information.
