I think if I'm reading this correctly Keystrokes purchased Hudson Medical (a technology company). Somewhere along the line they didn't pay as agreed. Thus the judgment. In defense of Keystrokes, this economy has devastated even very strong companies. I don't know anything about them, but I really wish the economy was stronger.
