Sometimes a little too nice, lots of emails just trying to be friendly that I think are fairly annoying. However, he used to be an MT and he "gets it" when it comes to the frustrations we all have with OT, time-off, needing to shift our schedule for unforeseen circumstances, etc. Every time I read this board I am so thankful for the POD I am in. I don't see any of the horror stories that many of you see.
