Yes, have always taken my job seriously and realize my commitment to working as I am to depending on a paycheck. Yet, when they tell you that you cannot have any time excused for months because it is all full, it is not something that makes one feel too well about the way one is treated and valued. Things happen. Oh, if you cannot get someone to swap, then you are still responsible. Did that in-house for many years, not worth it in the end, and surely not for 4 cents and no benefits and abuse.
