getting rid of this insane auditing team & going back to occasional random audits a few times a year. It has gotten out of hand.
When you give people horrible ASR that is programmed to type things incorrectly, mush-mouthed ESL dictators who lay their cell phone down to dictate in, and drastically cut the pay so your workers have to fly through to try to make minimum wage, there's no way on Earth there aren't going to be occasional typos or missed ASR errors, or God forbid we shouldn't catch the doctor making a mistake because we should know more than they do & it's our responsibility to make sure the patient is on the correct meds and dosages....
