Yeah. WE NEED TO DO BETTER. Who is the "WE" in this? They don't even DO it. I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to see them do it. Maybe they'd get a clue. They would fail faster than you can say "we can do better." They wouldn't get past the ADT screen, much less the first 2 lines.
