I liked how she kept making a point to say the policy has not changed and it is only the documentation that is changing. She would not say that they flat out have not been paying for breaks or required standby time. I am unable to send a team email, but I sure would like everyone to know that breaks being "rolled into your C-LPH" is illegal. Everyone needs to step up. It isn't going to get any better. When asked a simple question, she kept saying to reach out to your TSM, but isn't that what the call was for? Multiple people reached out during the call but got nowhere.
