Just wanted to reply about breaks. When I worked on the slave line, I absolutely clocked out for 15 min twice a day and clocked out for my lunch half hour. My TSM told me not to clock out for breaks, but I informed her that if I was still on the clock when I took the break, that is, in fact, NOT a paid break because I am not transcribing. She couldn't argue the point and never hassled me about it again.
I got out - best thing I ever did! Leave those lying thieving thugs. You'll be soooo glad you did!
