I think I would just outright ask my manager if you stand a chance of being fired for a bad audit. If you got fired, you would collect UE. If your husband is not totally disabled and can do some things for himself, I would talk with him about it, too. Im sure seeing you stressed out does not help how he feels. Boy, I really wish they would put this QA score in line with what other companies ask for -- which is 98% to 99%. I wish you well. You will make a good decision.
