I completely understand your frustration. I am an MLS with Nuance and my pay has been cut by 15,000 this year after the initiation of the grid pay system. You have to understand that no one cares about us at this level. NO. ONE. The main objective is for the CEO to be able to report to the shareholders that operation costs have been reduced and that profits have increased. That is the only reason for this company to exist, profit. Patient safety and employee health and welfare are of no concern whatsoever. I can assure you, it will get worse.
