She's awesome and she IS on top of things...that e-mail was her way of warning the 'skippers' and giving them a chance to clean up their act. She's fair like that and cares about each and every one of the MTs under her...I think her measured approach was the right one to take. And who's to say she didn't contact them? But I can absolutely identify with your side of things, too, as you can tell by my vent post!
