I've been OOW a lot on my primary lately and I thought TSM might actually finally be doing something about it. Last week she said we could only use OOW once a day and if we wanted to flex our time, we would have to indicate we wanted to be called when work picked up. Well I thought that she actually meant it. No such luck, this weekend, it was like, well flex whenever you feel like it! So what is it, flex or not flex? If you're going to make the rules, at least enforce them, but quit going back and forth. If its gonna be a free-for-all, schedules be darned, at least be consistent.
