And how hard is it to send out a guideline for people working extra that states to keep a check on the work cue for heavens sake, and for them to log off if it reaches whatever number for each account???? Makes a person wonder why they are even needed. They certainly are not helping the MTs, i.e. don't respond to emails or messages, don't provide necessary documentation for accounts, half the time I ask a question they don't know the answer right away and say they will find out and THEN don't respond back......No wonder the ad for hire says "must be able to work alone" yah, no kidding!!!
