I have looked and looked and finally found one that asked me for hours of availability rather than hours of commitment. Also, they do not require a minimum line count per pay period. I could see where a person could get burned out with the scenario you are describing; I have run across that myself and ended up not sticking around since I need the flexibility in hours (kids, housework, etc.)
