I bought a brand-new foot pedal on Amazon about 6 months ago. I started using it in mid January. It just stopped working a few nights ago. It works when it wants to and just randomly stops working in the middle of a file. I've tried it on multiple computers so I know it's the pedal. The company that I bought it from said that since I purchsed it over 30 days ago, they're not going to issue a refund. They suggested I contact the manufacturer. The pedal only says Infinity IN-USB-2 on it. That's it. No other information is available. Does anyone know how to contact the manufacturer? Can you point me in the right direction? I'd appreciate it very much. :)
