I have complained/commented several times about the quality and was told to "buy better headphones/head sets."
This time, the e-mail came as a surpise. Obviously others are complaining now too.
I called tech support in the past and asked "Phil" to send me a set. He asked if my current ones were broke. I stupidly said no. He told me to call back when they broke and they would then send me a pair. So, I would be out of work for days waiting for them.
