I am a new hire,just 3 months now, and I am having a terrible time with their dictators, and have had OOW a few times, sometimes not even enough to finish my shift. The way the training is set up is strange, and does not give you enough time to go through all the information in a few days and then try to fit it all in, together with the new account you are given. If you can't keep up they will let you go, but I am glad you said you have been with them for a few years and have been stumbling along..you must have a great supervisor, because mine would never do that.
