I thought I was alone when that happened to me. Completed training by the end of May. Unlike you, I did not have to buy any software (I had Word 10). I got paid for training, but the account was "overstaffed" so my supervisor was going to look around for another account. I continued to send her polite reminders every couple of days. I really, really did *not* want to go through online tests again and submitting applications anywhere else, but I finally realized I was better off not being their employee, and I'm working as an independent contractor for a different company.
