I think there are some dictators that seem to call from a cell or a noisy nurses' station just for spite. Or maybe they mumble, shuffle papers, and yawn, etc., just to irritate. Surely a logical and supposedly intelligent human being like a doctor would realize such things??? I realize MM lacks the common sense to teach properly (obviously) and to have a proper program, but come on, after getting thousands of reports back with comments about poor audio quality, gazillion blanks, you'd think they'd get the da3N picture. UGH!!!
