their dictating done where ever is convenient for them. I have a few who dictate from home and it sounds like a free for all, screaming at the kids, their significant others, et al. Lately, I have a woman physician who eats chips while dicating! And buddy, she is speed chewing in the process. No respect for the MT on the other end... as usual.
