Does Nuance have a noncompete clause? I think most companies do to cover while you are an employee as well as 30 days after an employee leaves. Does that only apply to trying to compete to get a contract away from them? Would it be a conflict if someone got a job directly with a hospital they have a contract with, not competing for a contract trying to take work away, just working for them?
