psych drug "vazexine" or "filofexine" - see message

Doctor has pronounced this two ways, so it's possible this is two different drugs. Patient had been on risperidone for anxiety and PTSD. Is now on 1 mg dose of "filofexine". Later states that patient is on small dose of "vazexine".
I think these are supposed to be the same drug, but it's hard to tell. I can't find anything on the Drugs.com phonetic/wild card search, and I am stumped.

[ In Reply To ..]I forgot to mention in my original post that it's not venlafaxine, because that doesn't come in 1 mg pills. The dosage for that is usually 25 mg or more.

Is there anyone here who can tell me why many of the companies who have psych reports only want MTs with 5 or more years experience? I've done a few psych reports and had no problems with them. I find them fascinating and would love to secure a job doing mainly those type of reports (if there are such jobs?). Just wondering why the 5 year requirement?
