neuro exam - Lassig? and Bow string? - Violet

In the neuro exam it sounds exactly like Lassig and neg bow string bilaterally.  I cannot find either.

I think you must mean Lasegue(as in test or maneuver), and bow string is just how it sounds with no space, "bowstring"

When the doctor dictates about the gait and tandem gait, do you leave that under extremities if he dictates it there?  He usually says it at very end of physical exam, and I am unsure if he just forgot to dictate "NEUROLOGICAL" heading or what.  Sometimes he does dictate a NEUROLOGICAL heading and puts the gait there as well as other things, but then many times he dictates it at end of extremities and does not give separate heading.  What would be the appropriate thing to do in th ...

He says patient lives with a whole string of relatives; mom, father, paternal grandmother, p grf,  sister, and so on.   Are we supposed to then cap every single person in that sentence?   It seems overkill.   He says the standard  "mom said this..."  "mom reports that..." and I know to cap that. ...
