Need help with an anti-coagulant I have never heard of before - 4vrtpng

I have come up against a drug I have heard of before and cannot seem to find. Does any know the spelling of this drug? Peraxa? Piraxa? Pyraxa? Can't seem to get my mind or search around it to find it.

Any help out there tonight. Don't want to send a blank.

He never gave a dose to go with the name either. A dose would have helped, even a little. Thanks, for the thought though. Just had to send it through with the blank. Sometimes I think that they think we can read their minds and know exactly what they're saying. Then there are the ones that spell everything ad nausea like we're stupid or something. Can't win I guess.

an alternative to warfarin and Coumadin. Another new one is rivaroxaban along with Pradaxa.

After all of these many, many, many, many (okay, you get the point) years of transcribing, my wrists don't hurt, my back doesn't hurt and my neck is still okay, but the one thing that has me really bothered is my heel !!! I just heard that the 2 largest MTSOs in the world are approaching virtually every large to medium-sized hospital and medical center in the country with an offer for 10 cpl for transcription.
