Anti-proBNP? - HelpPlease

I am familiar with NT-proBNP, but had QA change it to anti-proBNP for the first time today. Is there an anti-proBNP lab value? I have searched resources, but can't find any information anywhere that would be considered a reliable source. Manager is off today, but I am hoping to get some infor before I come across this lab value again today.

NT-proBNP stands for N-terminal of the prohormone brain natriuretic peptide. You are correct. You need to get your QA score reversed. Congratulations on sticking it to QA!! I love it when the MT wins every so often!

I have a couple of dictators who regularly say pro T BNP, which makes no sense to me. The values are usually up in the high thousands, as proBNP would be. Has anyone else had a dictator say that? I can't find this anywhere, and if it was just one dictator I would think she's just making a mistake, but there are two, (both of them NPs, I think), dictating discharge summaries. This patient could possibly have gout, fibromyalgia, OA, RA, psoriasis...among other possibilities.
