Need help with allergy please - (sm)

This is just in a list of the patient's allergies. Has anyone heard of 'trim chemicals' as an allergy, or am I perhaps hearing this wrong?

Tricyclics are a class of antidepressant drugs. See if you hear that and if it fits with other content.

I was able to find TREM-1 in relation to allergy/immunology, but nothing about possible allergy to TREM/TRIM (or lowercase) chemicals, and definitely sounds like that, so I will just blank this one and send it in . . . too bad I rarely get any feedback to know what this is without taking the time (my own unpaid time) to mark this down and go back to check it out later (which I think I will do on this one because I really want to know what this is, but I just don't get paid enough to do that all the time. Luckily my dictators are usually pretty good.

WAG here, but "perm" chemicals? I know some people - are allergic to that. nm

Hi, I'm transcribing a doctor's note that's describing the patient's allergies and how the patient has tried various OTC drugs, including 'pseudometafecin' but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to spell that correctly; I've tried all of the different variations that I can think of (sudometofecin, pseudometaphecin, etc.) and tried looking up 'allergy medications' and coming up with squat. I have a feeling I'm very close to how it may ...

I am on a verbatum account. Doc say past medical history is unremarkle. Then gave meds. Then listed as the first allergy hayfever. In your opinions, would you list hayfever as an allergy as it's verbatum, or would you put hay fever in past medical history. I've never known hay fever to be an allergy. Thanks, M ...
