I type and type and make less money than ever. The VR is clumsy and doesn't recognize half of what it should after all this time. Extra keystrokes adding headings, etc. What a waste! Patient has drainage from a C-section scar from 20 years ago. Diagnosis is a likely bacterial infection versus fungus. Treatment with s/l ofloxacin drops 2-3 times daily as well as clotrimazole solution in case of fungal element. Of course, where he says s/l ofloxacin, it is not clear whether or not he's saying the "O" however, the floxacin is clear. Can anyone verify this?
